Several areas in Brunei Muara District may experience low water pressure on 13th June 2026, especially in the areas of higher ground. The Public Works Department announced that this is due to water tank cleaning works.
The cleaning works of Mile 12 (2) Water Tank will be carried out on 13th June, starting at 9 in the morning until works are completed. The affected areas are Kampung Tanah Jambu, Kampung Salar, Kampung Sungai Buloh, Kampung Batu Marang, Kampung Kapok, Kampung Mentiri and surrounding areas. The Blue Tanks will be located at Sungai Buloh Mosque and the Mentiri Community Hall's Car Park Area.
Meanwhile, the cleaning works of Dadap Water Tank will also be carried out on 13th June, starting at 9 in the morning until works are completed. The areas affected are Jalan Dadap and its surrounding areas.
