The Bandar Seri Begawan Municipal Department in collaboration with the Blood Donation Centre, Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha Hospital organised a Blood Donation Campaign. The event was held in conjunction with the 55th anniversary of the renaming of Bandar Brunei to Bandar Seri Begawan at Dewan Muhibbah, Brunei Muara District Office.
Among those present was Awang Amirul Shukri bin Haji Hafneh, Acting Chairman of the Bandar Seri Begawan Municipal Board. A total of 51 pints of blood were collected during the campaign. The public is welcome to join the same campaign, to be held pn 18th October at Setia Point, Kampung Jaya Setia, Berakas 'A'.
