A company was issued a compound fined for violating the Miscellaneous Offences Act 2021,
Syarikat San Hin Welding and Construction Sendirian Berhad was fined $2,000 for dumping used tyres in a public place. The offence was found during an inspection and patrol by the Enforcement Unit of Tutong District Office. If in default to settle the fine within seven days, the company may be brought to court.
