A Malaysian man was charged at the Magistrate's Court, Kuala Belait under the Excise Order 2006 for possessing contraband.
63-year-old Lee Yau Fah @ Lee Siew Fah was sentenced to a fine amounting BND13,000 or 13 months imprisonment in default for possessing 159 packs of cigarettes during an inspection at the Sungai Tujoh Control Post, Kuala Belait. All contraband were seized to be destroyed.
