A man was reported missing and believed to have fallen victim to a crocodile attack while fishing in Kampung Sungai Bera, Seria.
The Fire and Rescue Department received a call at 6:05, 24th June afternoon. Following this, a Tactical Command Post was established and firefighters conducted search operations on the riverbank every 3 hours. The search and rescue operation was called off at 12 midnight and resumed on 25th June 2026.
