The Islamic Syiar in the country continues to grow with the increase in the number of new converts who have chosen Islam as their new believes. A conversion ceremony for an Iban woman took place in Kampung Amo 'A', Temburong District, 27th September night.
Debu anak Jenau, aged 82, is now known as Dayang Sumayah binti Abdullah Jenau. Among those attended was Awang Haji Abdul Rajid bin Haji Mohd Salleh, Director of Islamic Da'wah Centre. Since January this year, 20 people have embraced Islam in Temburong District.
