The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Trade and Industry of the Republic of Singapore and delegation on 30th September afternoon held a Working Visit to Brunei Rotary Engineering Sdn Bhd, BRE and Brunei Fertilizer Industries Sdn Bhd, BFI Plant at Sungai Liang Industrial Park, SPARK Centre. The visit marks a significant milestone in cooperation between Brunei Darussalam and the Republic of Singapore, as well as strengthening commitments, expanding cooperation in the energy, engineering and industrial sectors.
On arrival, His Excellency Gan Kim Yong was welcomed by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Dr. Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew bin Abdullah, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy AND Dato Seri Paduka Awang Haji Khairuddin bin Haji Abdul Hamid, Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy for Economy. During the visit, the delegation was briefed on ongoing and upcoming projects, and toured the BFI Plant and Safety Park.
