In the afternoon, 789 graduates received the National Technical Education Certificate, NTeC. The ceremony took place at the International Convention Centre in Berakas.
Certificates were presented by Dato Seri Paduka Awang Haji Mohamad Azmi bin Haji Mohd Hanifah, Deputy Minister for Energy at the Prime Minister's Office as Chairman of the IBTE Board of Governors. 782 graduates received the National Technical Education Certificate and 7 graduates received the National Technical Education Certificate Apprenticeship.
