In conjunction with the Hari Raya Aidiladha celebration, Ar-Rahman Mosque in collaboration with the Kampung Tanjung Bunut Consultative Council held the distribution of the Sacrificial Meat Ceremony. The ceremony took place at the mosque, 31st May morning.
The sacrificial meat was distributed by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Nazmi Mohamad, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports. 16 poor and destitute individuals from Kampung Tanjung Bunut received the sacrificial meat. The ceremony is one of the ongoing efforts of the mosque and the Village Consultative Council in promoting the teachings of Islam, as well as fostering a spirit of concern, unity and togetherness among the community.
