The Language and Literature Bureau (DBP) Kuala Belait Library collected 39 pints of blood during a Blood Donation Campaign yesterday at the library premises.
The campaign organised in collaboration with the blood bank unit at Suri Seri Begawan Hospital, Kuala Belait, aimed to replenish blood supplies for patients in need while also raising public awareness of the importance of blood donation. Among the 45 attendees participating in the campaign, 39 contributed a pint of blood each. The library expressed its gratitude to all donors, hoping that the campaign will help encourage and inspire others to donate blood.
