Public service can benefit from the elements of digital transformation and innovation based on Artificial Intelligence, AI. This was discussed during a Seminar on AI in the Public Sector on 1st October morning at the Civil Service Institute in Rimba.
The seminar highlighted the use of AI that can increase efficacy and facilitate daily work process. It also shared the best practices that are related to innovation. Presentations were delivered by two international experts and practitioners in the AI and governance fields.
