Five students brought honour to the country when they won several awards at the APEC Youth Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Conference held in the Republic of Korea recently. These achievements reflect the abilities and leadership of the country's students in the STEM field at international conferences.
The students' participation, coordinated by the Centre for the Development of Gifted and Talented Education, Special Education Department, Ministry of Education, not only provided new experiences in the STEM field, but also opened up a space to exchange ideas, share inspiration and build a network of collaboration with international youth.
