Air quality across all four districts remained good Wednesday morning, with Brunei-Muara recording the highest Pollutant Standards Index (PSI) reading of 48 as of 9am.
According to the Department of Environment, Parks and Recreation (JASTRe), Belait recorded a PSI of 21, followed by Temburong at 29 and Tutong at 32.
A PSI reading below 50 indicates good air quality, while readings between 51 and 100 are classified as moderate. Readings of 101 to 200 are considered unhealthy, 201 to 300 very unhealthy, and above 300 hazardous.
