HECAS online registration for July/August 2026, the 2026/2027 Academic Session for admission to Public Higher Education Institutions namely Universiti Brunei Darussalam, Sultan Sharif Ali Islamic University, Universiti Teknologi Brunei, Politeknik Brunei and applications for Government Scholarships abroad under the management of the Scholarship Management Department, Ministry of Education, will begin on 22nd January, at 9 in the morning.
The closing date is 26th February 2026 at 3 in the afternoon.
