His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam in a titah stresses that success in achieving Wawasan Brunei 2035 is entirely dependent on leadership that is able to steer the direction, drive implementation and make decisions in any situation. Without such leadership, Wawasan 2035 will remain just an ambition, while the framework is just a document and the Key Performance Indicators, KPIs are just numbers. His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam emphasises the matter in a titah while chairing the Wawasan Brunei 2035 Special Session Meeting. His Majesty began the titah by expressing gratitude to Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala as by His grace, they were able to get together for the Wawasan Brunei 2035 Special Session Meeting to discuss about the Wawasan Brunei 2035 Framework, specifically matters related to aspiration indicators to achieve Goal One of Wawasan Brunei 2035 and National KPI.
