Some 43 pints of blood were collected during a blood donation campaign at the Main Hall of the Ministry of Education (MoE) yesterday, in conjunction with the 36th Teacher’s Day Celebration 2026.
It was organised by the MoE through the Uniform and Service Division, Department of Co-Curriculum Education, in collaboration with the Blood Reserve Division, Blood Donation Centre, Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha Hospital (RIPAS), Ministry of Health.
The campaign aimed to raise public awareness of the importance of blood donation in saving lives while helping to increase blood reserves at the Blood Donation Centre, RIPAS. It was open to MoE staff and the public.
