The Language and Literature Bureau launched a cookbook titled 'Dapogh Waghis Kaih' with the goal of elevating Brunei's culture through culinary. The book launching took place at the International Convention Centre in Berakas, 24th August morning.
Datin Hajah Nahriah binti Haji Awang Asbi, wife of the Minister of Religious Affairs, and Datin Dayang Hajah Kalshom binti Haji Suhaili, wife of the Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Defence inaugurated the book. The cookbook was the third series of the Collection of Traditional Cuisine from Brunei's 7 Ethnic Groups. Also present, Doctor Dayang Siti Norkhalbi binti Haji Wahsalfelah, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Culture at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports.
