The Fifth Spiritual Village for Secondary Schools; Colleges and Sixth Form Centres nationwide, which was held for two days, ended with a Closing Ceremony and Certificate Presentation. Organised by the Spiritual Activities Division, Department of Co-Curriculum Education, Ministry of Education, the ceremony took place at Dewan Kuliah, Jame' 'Asr Hassanil Bolkiah, Kampung Kiarong.
94 students from 13 government and private schools received certificates from Doctor Dayang Hajah Lilly Suzana binti Haji Shamsu, Acting Deputy Permanent Secretary for Policy and Corporate at the Ministry of Education. The annual Spiritual Village aims to instill a spirit of patriotism among students apart from appreciating religious practices.
