The Ministry of Defence held a Certificate Presentation Ceremony for civil pensioners and recipients of the Outstanding Civil Service Award. It was held at the Banquet Hall, Dewan Majlis Building, 22nd October morning.
Present was Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Defence. The ceremony was held to appreciate the services and contributions of the pensioners, as well as in recognition of the excellence of the officers and staff of the ministry.
