15 Tourist Guides registered under the Department of Tourism Development received their certificates after attending the 3-day "Customer Service Excellence Training for the Hospitality and Tourism Industry". The certificate presentation was held at SEAMEO VOCTECH, Gadong, 23rd October afternoon.
The certificates were presented by Dayang Salinah binti Haji Mohd Salleh, Acting Director of Tourism. The training was part of the Department's commitment in efforts to improve the quality of customer service delivery to an excellent level by instilling Islamic values.
