Kampung Pandan 'A' Consultative Council held a Checkers tournament in conjunction with 79th Royal Birthday Celebration for Belait District.
17 participants joined the tournament comprising categories for children, adult men and women. Prizes were presented by Yang Berhormat Awang Haji Mohd Salleh bin Haji Othman, Member of the Legislative Council. The three days tournament was held at Kuala Belait Municpal Hall.
