In Tutong District, the ceremony was held at Hassanal Bolkiah Mosque. Present, Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Abdul Manaf bin Haji Metussin, Minister of Primary Resources and Tourism.
Muhammad Jamalul Alam Mosque in Kuala Belait, was the focal point of the ceremony in Belait District. Present, Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Ahmaddin bin Haji Abdul Rahman, Minister of Home Affairs and Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Muhammad Juanda bin Haji Abdul Rashid, Minister of Development.
In Temburong District, the ceremony was focused at Utama Muhammad Salleh Mosque. Present, Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Haji Awang Nazmi bin Haji Awang Mohamad, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports.
