Brunei Darussalam graduates from Al-Azhar Asy-Syarif University and Ma'had Qiraat Shoubra need to use the knowledge they have gained as a source of livelihood to build career excellence and at the same time, contribute to religion, family, race and country. This was emphasised by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Brunei Darussalam to the Arab Republic of Egypt during the Convocation Ceremony which took place recently at the Al-Azhar Conference Centre, Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt.
In his speech, His Excellency Pengiran Md Salimin bin Pengiran Md Daud also reminded the graduates to be prepared to face challenges, dare to improve themselves and explore new knowledge and innovations in line with the Wawasan Brunei 2035, in order to produce educated, highly skilled and successful citizens in line with the Malays Islamic Monarchy Philosophy.
52 students who completed their studies received the certificates presented by Doctor Muhammad Abdul Dayim Al-Jindi, Secretary-General of Ma'had Buhuth Al-Islamiyyah. Also held was presentation of prizes and certificates to 4 excellent students.
