With the theme, "Counselling at Work: Humanizing the Workplace", the National Counselling Conference is an annual platform to strengthen the practice and impact of counselling in various sectors of society. The conference runs for three days, starting on 11th November, at the Civil Service Institute.
The conference which gathers local and foreign experts, discussed practical approaches, resilient leadership, healthy work cultures and mental health support systems. Organised by the Brunei Darussalam Counselling Association, the conference focuses on integrating counselling practices into the work environment to enhance emotional well-being, strengthen professional relationships, and enhance organisational performance.
