United through food, culture and dialogue, 50 participants comprising those involved in local food and beverage manufacturing industry, agriculture as well foodie community attended the Culinary Space Programme. The event was co-organised by the Embassy of the United States of America in the country and Kitani Kreatif at Mori Farm in Tutong District.
The programme began with a cooking demonstration by two chefs. Also held was a panel discussion on various perspectives including food philosophy and entrepreneurship. The dialogue also emphasized on how traditional foods can be given a future approach towards economic sustainability apart from to attract local connectivity on food, culture and entrepreneurship.
