The Young Entrepreneurs Association Brunei (YEAB) represented Brunei Darussalam at the ASEANext Forum & ASEAN Conference 2026, reaffirming its commitment to strengthening regional partnerships, promoting entrepreneurship, and fostering collaboration across ASEAN.
The Bruneian delegation comprised Goh Chai Li (President), Fahmiin Abdullah (Vice President I), and YEAB members Fauzi Said, Saifullah Safwan and James Goh.
Organised by the Singapore Business Federation and Young Business Leaders Network, the ASEANext Forum brought together next-generation business leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, and policymakers from across the region for a series of keynote addresses, panel discussions, and networking sessions.
The programme explored topics including sustainable leadership, business succession, venture capital, artificial intelligence, demographic shifts, and navigating geopolitical uncertainty, while highlighting the importance of innovation and cross-border collaboration in shaping ASEAN’s future.
Throughout the conference, the delegates exchanged ideas with regional leaders, gained practical insights from industry experts and strengthened connections with fellow entrepreneurs across ASEAN.
The experience provided perspectives on emerging business trends and regional opportunities, further strengthening YEAB’s commitment to bringing global insights back to Brunei and supporting the continued growth of the country’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
