His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Malik ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Muizzaddin Waddaulah as Chairman of the Board of Governors of Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah, 6th October afternoon, attended a Doa Kesyukuran Ceremony in conjunction with Yayasan's 33rd Anniversary. The ceremony took place at Dewan An-Naura, Yayasan Complex in the capital.
Upon arrival, His Royal Highness was greeted by:
- Yang Berhormat Pehin Udana Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Haji Awang Badaruddin bin Pengarah Dato Paduka Haji Awang Othman,
Minister of Religious Affairs, as Member of Yayasan's Board of Governors;
- Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Halbi bin Haji Mohd. Yussof, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Defence as Chairman of Yayasan's Board of Directors;
- Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Dr Awang Haji Abdul Manaf bin Hj Matussin, Minister of Primary Resources and Tourism as Member of Yayasan's Board of Directors;
- Doctor Dayang Nor Imtihan binti Haji Abdul Razak, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Development, as Acting Managing Director of Yayasan.
The reading of Surah Yasin and Doa Khas Kesyukuran was led by Yang Dimuliakan Begawan Pehin Khatib Dato Paduka Awang Haji Mustapa bin Haji Murad who also led the Fardu Asar Prayer.
His Royal Highness presented a contribution from Yayasan amounting $BND 100,000 to Pusat Ehsan Al-Ameerah Al-Hajjah Maryam and SMARTER Brunei Association, receiving $BND 50,000 respectively.
