To provide opportunities for children from underprivileged families to participate in scouting activities, the Brunei Council on Social Welfare, MKM established the MKM Scout Open Troop 1123.
The Scout Open Troop was officially registered under the Brunei Darussalam Scouts Association on the 8th of September. With 20 members, scouting training is held twice a month at the MKM Office in Kampung Anggerek Desa.
