Business and economic relations between Brunei Darussalam and Sarawak are strengthened with the Exchange Ceremony of Memorandum of Agreement, MoA Between Sahamada Corporation Sendirian Berhad (Sahamada) and the Land Custody and Development Authority, LCDA Agri Business Sendirian Berhad, a subsidiary of LCDA Sarawak. The MoA was for the Rimbunan Kaseh, RK, Sundar Project, Lawas. The ceremony took place at the Sarawak Trade and Tourism Office Brunei in the capital, 28th October morning.
The event were witnessed by Yang Berhormat Dato Paduka Seri Laila Jasa Datuk Amar Haji Awang Tengah bin Ali Hassan, Deputy Premier of Sarawak, Second Minister For Natural Resources and Urban Development, and Minister For International Trade, Industry and Investment, Sarawak, and Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Abdul Manaf bin Haji Metussin, Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism. The MoA marks a new phase of cooperation between Sahamada and LCDA, focusing on strengthening economic collaboration, promoting investment opportunities, and exploring joint ventures in sustainable development and industrial growth between Brunei Darussalam and Sarawak.
