10 participants competed in the Friday Sermon Text Reading Competition for Zone Two Mosque youths in Tutong District, 25th October morning. Organised by Ar-Rahim Mosque, Kampung Bukit Panggal Takmir Committee in collaboration with the Tutong District Mosque Affairs Office, the competition was held in conjunction with the Maulidur Rasul Celebration.
Emerging champion was Awang Faisol Samaeng bin Haji Ahmad from the Haji Abdul Azim Mosque, Kampung Luagan Dudok. The competition aimed to produce youth who are knowledgeable and skilled in the manners and procedures for delivering interesting and effective Friday sermons.
