Home loan campaign supports homeownership journey

Every home tells a story. Whether it’s a first home, a growing family’s next chapter, or the home they’ve always dreamed of, the journey to homeownership is one of life’s most meaningful milestones.

Recognising that purchasing a home is about more than securing financing, Standard Chartered Brunei is introducing a special home loan campaign designed to support customers throughout their homeownership journey.

From September 15 to December 31, 2026, eligible customers can enjoy a five-per-cent subsidy capped at BND25,000, helping to ease some of the costs that come with turning a house into a home. Customers can also benefit from competitive home financing rates from 3.70 per cent EIR and waived processing fees for approved applications during the campaign period.

Head of Wealth & Retail Banking Brenda Low said, “Purchasing a home is one of the most significant financial decisions our clients will make, and we recognise that the journey extends far beyond securing financing. Whether they are buying their first property, upgrading to accommodate a growing family, or moving into their dream home, we want our clients to feel supported at every stage of their homeownership journey. Through this campaign, we are not only offering competitive financing rates but also providing additional support to help ease some of the costs that come with turning a house into a home.”

The campaign reflects Standard Chartered’s commitment to supporting clients as they achieve their aspirations, making homeownership more accessible and rewarding for individuals and families across Brunei.

Owning a home is one of life’s most significant milestones, and Standard Chartered is committed to helping clients make that journey with confidence. The bank’s home financing solutions combine competitive features, personalised guidance with mortgage specialists and a seamless banking experience, supporting clients from property purchase through to long-term homeownership.
