Imagine Sdn Bhd celebrated the soft launch of the Imagine Centre Rimba PosBru Experience Centre on Friday, marking the opening of the company’s 11th retail branch in Brunei Darussalam and another milestone in its commitment to making innovative digital solutions and customer services more accessible nationwide.
Located at Rimba PosBru, the new branch introduces Imagine’s latest retail concept, offering customers a modern and interactive space to explore devices, accessories and digital solutions.
Alongside Imagine’s products and services, customers can browse and purchase devices from leading technology brands, including Samsung, Apple, Xiaomi and AceFast, as well as a curated selection of mobile accessories.
Designed to redefine retail experience, the branch incorporates a range of innovative digital touchpoints, including a holographic chatbot for customer assistance, a self-service payment kiosk and a fully cashless shopping experience, offering customers greater convenience and faster service.
Moving forward, the branch will continuously undergo additional experiences to better enhance customer’s interaction with the Imagine brand as a leading telco service provider in Brunei Darussalam. The launch was marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Imagine board member Allen On, Chief Executive Officer of PosBru Sdn Bhd Haji Mohammad Rosli bin Haji Ibrahim, and Deputy Chairman and Executive Director, Imagine Ahmad Fathi bin DP Haji Junaidi.
Beyond expanding its retail presence, Imagine continues to strengthen its role as an active contributor to the community through meaningful partnerships and nationwide initiatives. In recent months, the company has supported a range of local events and national programmes, reflecting its continued
