His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam in a titah expresses hope that all parties can together support efforts towards ensuring the innovation culture can contribute to sustainable economic development in generating employment opportunities for local graduates. His Majesty made the titah in conjunction with the 13th Universiti Teknologi Brunei, UTB Convocation Ceremony, at the International Convention Centre, Berakas, 3rd September morning.
The Monarch began the titah by expressing gratitude to Allah SWT for being able to attend the 13th UTB Convocation Ceremony. His Majesty also took the opportunity to congratulate the graduates for their success in completing their respective studies.
