Over 1,000 students will be involved in the 14th ASEAN School Games which will be held from 20th to 28th of November. They will be competing for 340 medals in eight sporting events. Ten countries will be participating in the Games comprising Brunei Darussalam as the host, Republic of Indonesia; Lao People's Democratic Republic; Malaysia; Republic of the Philippines; Republic of Singapore; Kingdom of Thailand; the Kingdom of Cambodia; Republic of the Union of Myanmar and the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.
RTB's crew took a closer look at the preparations of the national wushu team, who have been undergoing intensive training for the past four months. The Wushu Games will be held at the Sports Complex, Universiti Brunei Darussalam on 26th and 27th of November, with 5 men's and 5 women's events.
The participation of young athletes in the tournament will provide valuable exposure and experience as well as boosting their self-confidence to achieve success.
