Over one hundred students of Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Religious School participated in a Khatam Al-Qur'an Ceremony. It was held at Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Secondary School, 25th September afternoon.
The recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah was led by Dato Seri Pahlawan Awang Sulaiman bin Alidin, Commissioner of Police, Royal Brunei Police Force. The ceremony aimed to produce Al-Qur'an literate students who make the reading of Al-Qur'an a part of religious life practises aside from strengthening Islamic eminence in the country.
