The Youth Centre now has a reading corner to cultivate an interest in reading and a love of books among the public. The Reading Corner is one of the services offered by the Language and Literature Bureau.
The launch was officiated by Doctor Dayang Siti Norkhalbi binti Haji Wahsalfelah, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Culture at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports. The Reading Corner at the Youth Centre provides reading materials of various genres in Malay and English. The reading materials provided will be changed every three months according to the needs and requests from the Youth Centre.
