As part of Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam Berhad, BIBD's commitment to fostering inclusive economic growth, the Bank launched the BIBD Mega Karnival. The five day event is held at Taman Mahkota Jubli Emas and Dermaga Diraja in the capital, 26th November afternoon.
The event was officiated by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Ahmaddin bin Haji Abdul Rahman, Minister of Home Affairs and Chairman of BIBD. The Karnival provides a platform for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, MSMEs, start-ups and creative entrepreneurs to showcase their products and services. Nearly 300 exhibition booths and over 200 entrepreneurs enlivened the carnival, which also included various activities.
