Two officials from the Ministry of Religious Affairs represented the country to the MABIMS Da'wah Volunteer Assembly, HISDAM 2025 which was held for 3 days at The Everly Hotel, Putrajaya, Malaysia.
Also participating are two mosque youths from the Nationwide Mosque Youth Group, Youth Affairs Division, Mosque Affairs Department. At the assembly, Awang Ahmad Muzhafar bin Haji Morsidi as the invited speaker presented a talk titled “Modul Bina Sahsiah Islami untuk Sukarelawan Belia MABIMS". The Ministry of Religious Affairs' participation in HISDAM 2025 is hoped to strengthen the country's commitment in expanding the role of youth da'wah volunteers in the region, besides being a strategic platform for exchanging experiences and strengthening regional cooperation in upholding the teachings of Islam. It also supports the role of the Brunei MABIMS Secretariat as a liaison and coordinator of initiatives under the MABIMS regional youth collaboration.
