Entrepreneurship is a noble profession when it adheres to Shariah principles in all business activities. This was among the points highlighted in a talk during the Maulidur Rasul Celebration organised by The Women's Business Council at the Brunei International Airport Surau, 27th September morning.
Present was Dayang Hajah Mordiah binti Haji Jackia, Vice President of the Women's Business Council, WBC. The ceremony included a talk, titled "Keusahawanan Halal - Etika Perniagaan mengikut Sunnah Nabi" or Halal Entrepreneurship - Business Ethics according to the Prophet's Sunnah, which touched on business and its influence on the community. It also emphasised the importance of conducting business in a halal and ethical manner.
