The Ministry of Transport and Infocommunications and the departments as well as authorities under it also held the Dikir Maulud Opening Ceremony. The ceremony took place at the Brunei International Airport Surau.
The function was coordinated by the Department of Civil Aviation, Ministry of Transport and Infocommunications. Present was Awang Mohd Aizam bin Hamid, Director of Administration and Services, Ministry of Transport and Infocommunications. The function included the Fardhu Maghrib prayer, followed by the reading of Dikir Assalammualaika and Dikir Syarafil Anam.
