The signing of a Memorandum of Understanding, MoU between Royal Brunei Airlines, RB, and UnionPay International will enhance cross-border travel and payment experiences across the country, China and the wider region.
Present was Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Abdul Manaf Bin Haji Metussin, Minister of Primary Resources and Tourism. The MoU reflects the shared vision of the three organisations to promote cross-border tourism and strengthen the country's position as a digitally connected travel hub in the region. It marks a key milestone in supporting the growing outbound and inbound tourism, while promoting the adoption of secure and convenient payment solutions for travellers.
