QAF Auto Sdn Bhd, the authorised importer and distributor of BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad in Brunei Darussalam, announced a strategic collaboration with GoMamam, Brunei’s leading online food and retail delivery platform following a signing ceremony yesterday.

The partnership signifies the beginning of a new digital retail experience where customers can conveniently purchase genuine BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad parts and lifestyle merchandise directly through the GoMamam mobile application and website.

“For us, this is more than a new sales channel. It is another step towards delivering a modern luxury experience that reflects the evolving expectations of our customers,” said General Manager of QAF Auto Alisa Khoo.

“By combining the strength of our brands with GoMamam’s leading digital platform, we are creating new ways to connect with customers and setting a new benchmark for accessibility in the automotive industry.”

As the first automotive brands in Brunei to establish a presence on the GoMamam platform, BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad continue to demonstrate their commitment to innovation and customer-centric solutions by making genuine products more accessible than ever before.

Customers can browse and order a curated range of genuine parts, vehicle care products, accessories and lifestyle merchandise for delivery direct to their doorstep.

“This partnership with QAF Auto represents another important step in GoMamam’s evolution beyond food delivery into a broader digital commerce platform for Brunei,” said Chief Executive Officer of GoMamam Hadi Wahab. “More importantly, this collaboration shows what is possible when an established global brand and a homegrown technology company work together to create new digital experiences for Bruneian consumers.”

Looking ahead, the partnership will continue to evolve with the planned introduction of BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad Aftersales Service Packages on the GoMamam platform, allowing customers to purchase selected maintenance and servicing packages digitally, further simplifying vehicle ownership and aftersales experiences.

“Together with Gomamam, we look forward to exploring new opportunities to expand our offerings and enhance how customers interact with our brands,” Alisa Khoo said.
