More than 100 Toyota Fortuners gathered at Padang Kawad, Sport Village, Berakas, on Saturday night for the inaugural Fortuner Day, bringing the vehicle community together for an evening filled with laughter, stories, and shared experiences.
The event celebrated the owners who have embraced the SUV for everyday family commutes, weekend getaways, and long-distance adventures.
The celebration opened with a doa recitation to set a meaningful tone for the evening, before shifting into full gear with music, engaging activities and an exciting series of lucky draws.
The gathering provided Fortuner owners to reconnect, exchange personal stories, and reminisce about the journeys defining their ownership experience. For many families, the vehicle represents far more than transport, serving as a dependable companion for road trips and a shared space where conversations and lasting memories take place.
Known for its durability, reliability, spaciousness, and versatility, the Toyota Fortuner remains a trusted SUV for Bruneian families, designed to meet daily demands while providing drivers with the confidence to explore further.
Beyond camaraderie, the event featured lucky draw prizes, with three winners walking away with return air tickets for two to selected ASEAN destinations, while others secured BND50 Yelo Cafe vouchers, BND50 GL Extra Enterprise vouchers, and BND100 Toyota Service vouchers.
The gathering also invited owners to test their strength, stamina, and adventurous spirit through energetic physical challenges mirroring the qualities of the vehicle.
A competitive spirit took centre stage as one participant secured victory with the longest bar-hang time to showcase endurance, while another powered through a tyre-flipping challenge to cross the finish line in the fastest time.
The contests demonstrated that the Fortuner ethos thrives not only behind the wheel, but equally among the people who drive it.
Toyota Brunei stated that its relationship with customers does not conclude upon the handover of the keys, but continues across every service appointment, road trip, and personal milestone.
