152 new converts received the Advanced Guidance Scheme Two Completion Certificates at the 3rd Convocation Ceremony of the Muallaf Guidance Scheme. The event, organized by the Muallaf Development Division (Tarbiyah Muallaf) of the Islamic Da'wah Centre, was held at the International Conference Centre, Berakas, 25th October afternoon.
The certificate presentation was conducted by Yang Berhormat Awang Mohammad bin Abdullah @ Lim Swee Ann, Member of the Legislative Council. Awang Haji Abd Rajid bin Haji Mohd Salleh, Director of the Islamic Da'wah Center, in his speech said that new converts are encouraged to be actively involved in associations and are urged to attend study classes organized by associations or relevant agencies to deepen their religious knowledge and strengthen their faith. The Muallaf Guidance Scheme can enhance self-confidence in learning and practicing Islamic religious knowledge.
