The Pencak Silat Championship in conjunction with the Royal Birthday Celebration continued with 5 final stage categories. The championship took place at the Youth Centre Hall in the capital, 5th August night.
Awangku Muhd Fadillah Pengiran Hj Mohd Yasrizam Ayub from Majlis Sukan Sekolah Sekolah Brunei Darussalam, won the Adult Men's Under 45 kilogramme class category.
The champion of the Class C Junior Men's category was Mohammad Syafiq Ally Nudin, from Temburong District.
Meanwhile, the Class D Junior Men's category was won by Muhammad Raid Naim Md Syamssuddin from Majlis Sukan Sekolah-Sekolah Brunei Darussalam.
Another athlete from Majlis Sukan Sekolah Sekolah Brunei Darussalam, Md Aminuddin Md Azree, won the Class F Junior Men's category.
Meanwhile, Mohammad Darwisy Eaffique Abdullah from Tutong District, emerged champion in the Class G Junior Men's category.
