Internet and smartphone accessibility have become the primary drivers for the growth of online businesses, especially among the micro, small, and medium enterprises
With the support of various relevant agencies, online businesses are not only becoming an alternative, but also an important component of the country's economic landscape. Among these agencies, the Brunei Economic Development Board, BEDB, has implemented several strategic initiatives to support and empower local digital entrepreneurship. This is in line with efforts to build a more sustainable and competitive digital economic ecosystem.
