Maju LSK Sdn Bhd has introduced Vasari, a premium lime-based wall finish brand, to the Brunei market through an exclusive distributorship with Malaysia-based Cao Industries Sdn Bhd.

The official introduction marks Vasari’s entry into Brunei, offering homeowners, interior designers, and painters a distinctive alternative to conventional wall paints.
Vasari’s mineral-based products are crafted from natural ingredients, including limestone and marble
dust, creating unique wall finishes through subtle variations in colour, texture, and movement. Unlike conventional latex or acrylic paints, the material can achieve a soft matte appearance, textured effect, or polished sheen through diverse application techniques.
Speaking at the launch, Cao Industries Sdn Bhd General Manager and Director Jack Lee Choon Keat said Vasari originated in California, United States (US) and had been in the market for over 25 years.
He added that while originating in the US, the products are manufactured in Malaysia using locally sourced limestone. With expansions across Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam, Brunei becomes the brand’s latest regional destination.
Meanwhile, Maju LSK Sdn Bhd Managing Director Sam Hiang Kiat said the company intends to extend beyond supplying the product, with a focus on providing training opportunities for customers interested in learning how to apply the finishes themselves.
The initiative aims to nurture young talent and develop practical skills among local customers while nurturing young talents in Brunei.
