The presentation of letters of appointment and signing of agreement for the assistant Scout Commissioners from the four districts was held at the Brunei Darussalam Scouts Association Headquarters, 26th September afternoon.
Awang Haji Junaidi bin Haji Hussain, Chief Scout Commissioner of Brunei Darussalam, in his speech, emphasised the importance of appointing assistant district scout commissioners in helping to implement and make any scouting activities and events a success, whether at the national or district level. Scout associations in each district, he said, play an important role in ensuring the success of the Brunei Darussalam Scouts Association. Such appointments are part of efforts to help achieve the association's objectives, especially in terms of membership growth.
