His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam in a titah stresses on the need for the Civil Service to be sensitive towards global economic challenges including the country's changing demographics and prompt-acting in updating policies, processes and services for the future.
In the titah in conjunction with the 32nd Civil Service Day 2025 celebration, 29th September morning, His Majesty also emphasises on the need for the civil service community to adapt themselves with technological advancements. His Majesty began the titah by expressing gratitude to Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala as by His grace they can be together at the Culmination of the 32nd Civil Service Day 2025 Celebration. The Monarch sincerely expresses his highest appreciation to all civil servants who continue to be responsible in contributing to the nation and country.
