Goal 2 of Wawasan Brunei 2035, which is High Quality of Life is expected to be realised through the country's main reference document, the 'Social Blueprint'. The blueprint drives the country's social development direction in a more organised, comprehensive and sustainable manner in an increasingly complex world. However, the question now is what is our role as citizens and residents, in helping the country fulfil the aspiration under the blueprint?
Encouraging involvement in community activities and strengthening ways of being independent are among the quality characteristics needed by every citizen and resident in achieving Wawasan Brunei 2035.
The implementation of the 'Social Blueprint' is carried out strategically and in phases, with priority given to intervention that can truly leave a direct impact on the people.
The country's well-being does not come on its own. It requires the commitment, involvement and determination of us all too together move forward.
